Hockey for our U9 players will begin September 9.
As mentioned in the spring, the CKGHA will have a U9 house league and a travel team for the 2023-24 season. If you are wondering the difference between the two teams, click here. The CKGHA will host 4 non-evaluative practice/skill sessions in order to give all players the opportunity to get back on the ice in a ‘player-friendly’ setting. These 4 skates will be at no cost to any/all of the players who have signed up to play U9 hockey this season with the Crush.
Following these skates, 3 formal evaluation/selection sessions will be hosted for those players interested in playing on the U9 Travel Team this season. These skates will cost a total of $55.00 and should be paid via e-transfer by September 15th. Payment via e-transfer should be sent to [email protected]. When sending an e-transfer, please indicate the player’s full name and division in the comment section.
The week following the completion of these skates, the players will be sorted onto one of the two teams and team rosters will posted to the CKGHA website.
