Coaches:

To ensure all staff is registered properly for the season, every coach, trainer and den mom is required to have a valid Police Record Check that is completed and approved by the OHF prior to the start of the season. The following items (and how to get them) are required before the process can begin.  

Police Record Check

Obtain your police record check from here.  

A formal letter can be obtained from the OHF here.

Once you have received your police record check, save a copy of it.  

Hockey Canada Registry (HRC) Number

Register for your HCR here (if you do not previously have one).
