Running an event of this scale takes many dedicated hands. From setting up and breaking down to assisting with activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly, every volunteer plays a vital role. Without your support, this event wouldn’t be possible.
How You Can Help
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks:
- Setup and Cleanup: Help us prepare the venue and ensure everything is clean and organized afterward.
- Activity Support: Assist with delivering event packages to teams.
- Optimist Club Support
- Raffle & Memento Support: Help sell raffle & 50/50 tickets, selling event mementos.
