U15C Win Gold!
The U15C Crush won gold at the Stratford Aces Festival Cup this weekend!
They went undefeated in the round robin with the following results: beat Woodstock Wildcats 4-1, tied the Central Perth Predators 1-1, and beat the South Huron Sabres 2-0. In the semi-final, they were tied 1-1 against the South Huron Sabres at the end of regulation. Overtime solved nothing, and the Crush persevered after 16 shooters (8th Crush shooter), winning 2-1. In the gold medal game, they were tied 0-0 with the Central Perth Predators at the end of regulation. Once again going to overtime and winning in a shootout.
