COVID-19 Reminder
Submitted By Tim DeMaeyer on Friday, September 4, 2020
Hey Everyone,

Just a couple reminders before this weekends skate. Below is link for the Covid19 Screening Questionnaire. This form needs to be filled out no earlier than 4 hours before you enter the arena. This needs to be filled out by players and coaches.

Your daughters must be dressed in their equipment before they enter the arena. One parent is now allowed to stay and watch your daughters in the grandstands only. No one is allowed to watch from the warm room. While in the stands parents must keep a 2mtr/6' distance between them. Masks are mandatory. If you leave the arena you will not be able to return.

We will let you in the arena 15 minutes before your ice time to put on skates. When you arrive you will be check off that you have registered and online sheet was filled out. There is also paper work that the municipality requires us to fill out. Anyone who enters the arena must fill this out this paperwork.

We will then have to take your temperature. If the temperature is 38 degree or higher you will not have access to the arena.

All dressing rooms are open but only to keep players at a social distance. There is a maximum of 10 players in a room. Players must wear a mask until the put their helmet on to play. Players who require their skates to be tied can do so in the canteen area. Chairs are set up. Once that is done the parent must enter the grandstands or leave the arena.

When the practice is over you must leave the arena immediately out the back doors of the arena. Players have 10 minutes to take their skates and helmet off. They cannot get undressed in the arena.

Thanks again for everyone's cooperation. Hopefully we can get back to normal soon
