 Esso Fun Days Registration Form

Chatham-Kent Girls Hockey Association along with ESSO Canada are proud to host a six-week ESSO Fundamentals program.

The ESSO Fun Days program originated in 1998 and has grown to become Hockey Canada’s largest female recruitment tool. This program has helped thousands of first-time hockey players step on the ice.

This six-week program includes both an on and off-ice component from both our qualified instructors and CK Crush player mentors. On-ice components will include an introduction to skills: forward/backward skating, stopping, puck-handling, passing, shooting. Off-ice sessions will focus on ice-breakers, team-building activities, warm-up/cool-down introduction, stretching, learning how to put on and take off equipment.

Where: East Kent Memorial Arena - Ridgetown, ON
